Yes. In low temperatures the system heats the water automatically, so the wash stays effective through the winter.

wash has a dedicated pre-soak function that softens stubborn dirt first so it can then be removed effectively. This matters most with mud, sand, insects, road salt and other heavy soiling.

For a single wash, no registration is needed. If you want to use the subscription and cut your monthly washing costs significantly, the vehicle does need to be registered in advance.

A single wash can be paid for on site, by bank card or in cash. A subscription is bought here on the site: choose a plan, enter your plate and pay by card — it goes live the moment the payment lands. Your card is saved and the subscription renews each month; you can cancel at any time. Once it is active, your vehicle is assigned a unique QR code that you use at the wash station.

No. One subscription is tied to one specific vehicle and can only be used for the car whose plate is registered in the system.

Contact the wash hotline. Your case is logged and, where needed, the wash is reviewed on camera. If the quality is confirmed to have fallen short, wash will wash the car again.

Companies and fleets that need 5 or more vehicles serviced get special, preferential terms from wash.

Each company vehicle has its plate registered in the system and linked to its own unique QR code. The plate recognition system identifies the vehicle automatically, after which the service can be used quickly and easily.
